How do I request an update?
Contact us directly using the method and details we agree at handover. Tell us what needs changing and send any new text or photos. We'll confirm the scope and timing before making the update.
How does pricing work?
Your quote depends on what the website needs to do and the level of ongoing care. After a short conversation, we'll provide a proposal separating the initial build cost, recurring care, and any applicable hosting or domain charges.
What if a change is outside my care scope?
We'll explain what's outside the agreed scope and provide a separate quote before starting that work. Your care proposal defines the included updates and support, so you can decide how to proceed.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain stays registered in your name, and your content is yours. Once the agreed payment is complete, you own the finished website too. Handover includes the website files and relevant access. Your proposal explains any third-party services, licences, or dependencies and any transfer charges.
What happens if I stop using the service?
You keep ownership of your domain, content, and finished website after the agreed payment. We'll provide the website files and relevant access for handover. What if I already have a website?
